Inside Our Factory: How Diving Gear Is Made

From liquid silicone injection to final packing - a look at how our lines turn raw materials into masks, snorkels and fins.

F01 adjustable diving fins, PP and TPE, sizes XS to L/XL
Behind every product on this site sits a factory floor in Pingxiang, Jiangxi Province - and a production chain that covers the full journey from raw silicone and plastic to packed goods. Here is what that chain looks like, and why it matters when you choose a supplier.

In-house injection molding

Our injection molding lines run the silicone and plastic parts that make up our masks, snorkels and fins - from mask skirts and frames to fin blades. Running this step in-house means we control material batches, mold quality and cycle times directly, instead of depending on an outside shop for the parts that decide fit and finish.

Materials we work with every day

The lines handle liquid silicone and food grade silicone for skirts, straps and mouthpieces; PC and ABS for frames; PC and POM for buckles; tempered glass for dive mask lenses; and TPE, PP and carbon fiber blends for fin blades. Because the same facility covers all of these, a full order - masks, snorkels and fins - comes from one quality system rather than several.

Quality checks along the line

Every batch is inspected during production and again before packing: seal fit on mask skirts, lens clarity, strap strength, buckle function and fin blade flex. Each finished order is then packed to the format our customers request - PE bags, mesh bags, PP boxes or custom retail packaging - with carton dimensions and weights recorded for your freight planning.

OEM/ODM: your brand, our production

The factory is also the engine of our OEM/ODM programs. Buyers bring target colors, logo artwork and packaging designs; we confirm molds, materials and sampling before production runs. Several of the color ranges on this site exist because a customer asked for them first.
Planning note: sampling is the fastest way to understand what our lines can do. Ask for a sample of the models closest to your concept.

Come see it in one order

The easiest way to evaluate a factory is to test its core products side by side: a full face mask, a tempered glass dive mask, a snorkel and a pair of fins. Send your configuration and target volumes, and we will quote with lead times for your market.
