How to Choose the Right Full Face Snorkel Mask
Size, seal, materials and weight: a practical checklist for buyers sourcing full face snorkel masks for retail, rental or private label programs.

Full face snorkel masks took over the snorkeling market because they let beginners breathe naturally through the nose or mouth instead of biting a mouthpiece. For importers, dive shops and outdoor brands, the challenge is picking a model that sells well, survives rental use and fits the faces in your market. Here is the checklist we recommend before you place an order.
1. Get the size range right for your market
The single biggest driver of returns is fit. Most full face lines split into XS for children, S/M and L/XL for adults, and the seal depends on matching the wearer's face width. Our EK and EKA models cover adults in S/M and L/XL; the SR and SC lines offer kids sizes in XS alongside adult S/M and L/XL; and the ES and TR models are built specifically for young snorkelers in XS. If your market skews family-oriented, stocking a kids edition alongside adult sizes nearly doubles the addressable shelf space.
2. Compare the seal materials
The skirt is what touches the skin, so it decides comfort and durability. Food grade silicone, used on the SR, SC, ES, TR, EK and EKA skirts, stays soft in salt water and resists the hardening that cheap PVC shows after a season. Food grade material also matters for rental counters, where dozens of faces use the same mask each week.
3. Match the frame and lens to the buyer
Lens type drives both price and perceived quality. Our full face models use PC panoramic lenses for impact resistance - the right call for casual snorkelers - while the frame and breathing tube come in ABS (SR, SC, TR) or PC (ES, EK, EKA). A panoramic vision window sells itself in product photos; make sure your packaging copy highlights it.
4. Weigh the shipping math
Weight affects freight and shelf logistics. The kids-focused TR and ES models run 480 g (TR) to 560 g (ES), while adult models sit at 430 g (SR, S/M), 432 g (SC, S/M) and 690 g (EK and EKA in S/M and L/XL). Adult versions are also the larger carton driver - plan your container count against the packed size, not the product photo.
Buyer tip: order one sample per size before committing to volume. A 30-second fit test on real faces prevents a season of size-related returns.
Where to start
Whether you are building a private label line or filling a rental counter, the fastest path is a mixed first order: one kids edition in XS, one all-around adult model in S/M and L/XL, and a premium model with the PC frame. Send us your target market and volumes, and we will confirm the configuration, colors and packaging before production.
